Is this safe to use every day?
Yes. Daily nasal irrigation is recommended by international ENT guidelines as a standard practice for chronic sinus and allergy sufferers.
The only people who should consult a doctor first are those with active sinus infections, perforated eardrums, or recent ear or sinus surgery.
What kind of saline can I use?
Anything. We make Nasaclear-branded saline packets because they're convenient, but the device works with NeilMed sachets, Flo Saline, generic chemist saline, or homemade saline.
How long until I notice a difference?
Most people feel meaningful relief in their first session. Chronic conditions usually take 1–2 weeks of consistent daily use to fully shift.
